Pay in Person
Our office is conveniently located in Jacksonville Beach City Hall at 11 N. 3rd Street in Jacksonville Beach. You may pay by cash, check, or money order at our Customer Care Department or Drive Thru between 8:00am - 4:30pm.
After Hours Despository
We have two after-hours depositories available. One is located at the Drive Thru window and the other is located on the east side of City Hall.
Automated Phone Attendant
Pay by phone using a credit card or check through the Automated Phone Attendant at 904-247-6241.
