Florida Relay Communications
Our hearing- and speech-impaired customers may contact us through the Florida Relay Center. The voice line is 800-955-8770; the TTY (text telephone) is 800-955-8771.
Medical Support Notification Program
Customers who depend on life saving specialized electrical medical equipment like oxygen machines can register to be notified if a scheduled service outage is expected to last an extended period of time. We will do everything to restore service as quickly as possible. Customers who require medically essential service are solely responsible for any backup equipment or power supply and a planned course of action in the event of a power outage or interruption of service. Medical Resources During Emergency Situations
If you are disabled or have special needs for evacuation assistance and have no one to help you, pre-register now online with Duval County Emergency Preparedness or by calling 904-255-3172. For St. Johns County residents, register online with St. Johns County Emergency Management or call 904-824-5550. Consult your doctor regarding special medical evacuation needs.
